An Oasis!

It was my first time in Bali, so I have nothing to benchmark it against other than my own standard of living. And I would gladly swap and live there full time. The villa is ideally located in Uluwatu, very close to all of the popular areas. Off a little side street, the visual appeal is beautiful when you first see it. It's like an Oasis. I could not have been happier. It really was very beautiful. It was spotless. Considering that the bathroom is open to the elements, there was no invasion of any animals or bugs. Maybe the snakes ate them all!

− I didn't like some of the negative comments that I had read from previous travellers, so I will look to address them now and convince you just how good this property and its owners / staff are. Yes, Bali is a developing country. Yes, you will occasionally hear building works at times when you are asleep. Yes, the build quality of these properties may not be the same as Western counties, because it never gets cold there, Yes, they are not sound proof. Take some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Great to have our own space. Staff were excellent and the property is off a side street so not a lot of scooter noise.

− A bit of construction around but that is the case for most of Uluwatu. Wasn’t too noisy and obviously not at night

− Mucho ruido durante todo el día pero creo que donde te alojes en uluwatu vas a tener el mismo problema está todo en obras...

Nice clean villa with AC near Uluwatu though nearby construction

Nice clean villa with AC and private pool in newer part of Uluwatu. Fast wifi.

− Construction outside is intense with nonstop jack hammering during the day. Even at night there was some type of work happening like screeching metal.
