10.0Staying at Roy's exceeded our needs with allowing us access to our rooms earlier than usual. Having dinner restaurant/bar was definite plus!
− Would have been nice to have breakfast available. Would prefer they not charge credit card until we checked in. We had three separate parties under one reservation bur all charges to one card.

8.0− Hotel needs to provide a place to do laundry for the customers. There was no facilities near us that wasn't over 30 minutes away. We ended up contacting another hotel in the area and they allowed us to come and do our laundry there.
Very sorry we paid to stay here - very noisy room all night.
4.0The place looked nice and clean but not much ambiance - too slick and modern
− This was the most moisy room I have every paid for - something that sounded like a machine went off every five to fifteen minutes - which made going to sleep impossible. Very frustrating. Also no bedside lamps for reading - just bright overhead lights which made reading uncomfortable.
