Disappointing
4.0− Please be aware that this property being listed is not done in a legal manner. The tenant is not meant to be hiring out this room as it's for his private use only. It's a breach of his contract. Keep reading to find out more.... Was not as advertised. No air-conditioning in the room. It was very hot, I could not get the AIR circulating. Eventually I was given a fan in the evening I lost the room key and was told at first that it's £50 to have it replaced, then it's £75 to replace a plastic key card. The building manager let me in late at night, the following day the tenant was called into the letting agents office to be told they are terminating his contract. Since then, I've had constant messages from this guy saying "I ruined his business". He will call the police and sue me for "damages".
