7.0The location for what we needed was perfect! It was right next to a venue we needed to access for the week and super close to food options and the underground
− That there was no elevators, which meant dragging suitcases up and down several flights of stairs. We hadn’t been told there was renovations or aircon issues prior to arriving.

9.0מלון נקי מאוד, מיקום מצויין במרחק מספר דקות מתחנת הרכב, בשכונה יש סופר מרקטים ובתי קפה. בערב הראשון הסתבכנו כי השלט למיקום האירוח לא היה בולט ולא המתין אף אחד בקבלה. לאחר חצי שעה הגיע עובד שנראה כאילו קם משינה. למחרת שוחחנו עם המנהל ומאותו רגע הוא עשה ככל שביכולתו להנעים את שהותנו ולסייע בכל דבר אפשרי. כולל שדרוג החדר לחדר גדול יותר (עם מזגן), סיוע בכביסה, והמלצות לבילוי. בזכות השירות הנהדר של מנהל משמרת הבוקר (שלא זוכרת את שמו לצערי) השהיה היתה מעל ומעבר. החדר נוקה מידי יום וקיבלנו מגבות נקיות
− כדאי לציין בשלט בולט יותר את שם המלון, הגענו בערב והינו עייפות והסתובבנו לא מעט זמן והמקום בסך הכל נגיש מאוד.
Perfect apartment for a week in London, great customer service and would stay here again.
8.0Fantastic location for a trip exploring London. So easily to get around on the tube quickly. Apartment felt like home for a week, had space to spread out and all the facilities I needed. All the staff I felt with with exception and so lovely. I would absolutely stay here again.
− Apartment was largely clean but some wear and tear of other past guests. Having said this, was still a wonderful property and I would definitely chose to stay here again.
