10.0The attention from the owners just being on stand by for what ever we bend was amazing. The place just beautiful, walking distance to the pool , beautiful view and just blessed to have stayed and enjoyed a great time .
− The staff needs to understand one thing customers service is a job that comes with your job description and if you don’t like to deal with people being a receptionist , server etc at a resort dealing with people and having to answer the same questions all day , I suggest you change jobs . People save money to come to this place spend happy moments , enjoy a great time shouldn’t be received with like a streesed out face . Yes it’s hot , yes kids will be crying , yes you’re gonna be asked the same question but hey it’s part of the job . Just as advise in order to like your job you need to like what your gonna do . Also the prices for the pool food are just outrageous for the portions . I payed $270 pesos for a pizza that is considered in the public area a personal pizza this is crazy I’ll attached pictures . The staff at the pool were amazing and some embarrassed of this as well . Tourist shouldn’t be treated as millionaires because we chose this place , we work hard to take our families out to a great place we save up for . Rocky point resorts and hotels is chasing tourist away with charging so much for something that in town is cheap . Just relax on the prices and portions . They ask you come back soon and is it affordable to come back with so many options . Don’t give things for free just be fare .

10.0I absolutely LOVED this condo! The host were wonderful and the their place was truly amazing. It was comfortable, super clean, beautiful view, and comfy beds. I will definitely book here again in our future stay!
