8.0Great position with a really good restaurant right below. Very clean and tidy.
− There's a coffee machine but nothing to heat the milk so it's an espresso, a long bkack or with a splash of cold milk and that's it. Hugh fridge but nothing to cook on except a small oven.

− The fact we are in my late 60's with health problems and had to climb 24 stairs with our luggage as there is no lift. Nowhere in booking. com does it state there is no lift. You show photos of accommodation with a balcony yet there is no balcony. The coffee cups in the room were dirty and nothing to give them a good scrub with. There is no dishwasher. We were charged more than was first stated on booking. com.
