6.0Limpa, bom atendimento das funcionárias
− Falta manutenção nos apartamentos. Lâmpadas queimadas, falta de iluminação total na garagem e na escada , podendo levar a queda. Janela sem condições de fechar ( tivemos que trocar de apartamento)

7.0Banheira de hidromassagem,cama,chuveiro.
− Foi cobrado o material ( shampoo etc.) para a hidro( paguei a hidromassagem a parte).
Cheiro forte de cigarro, quarto meio degradado e sempre cobrando coisas que eu não consumi.
6.0Faz tempo que eu me hospedo devido à localização, por aceitar pets sem cobrar taxa exta.
− Sempre dei notas boa, mas desta vez infelizmente vou ter que diminuir. Era novinho, mas o quarto que eu pequei estáva bem degradado, precisa de uma reforma. Cheiro forte de cigarro, eu tenho renite alérgica. E é a terceira vez, pelo menos, que me hospedo e cobram coias que eu não consumi, eu digo que não consumi e eles reitram, mas é sempre chato. Demonstra que a camareira é incompetente ou fazem isso de má intensão, vai que cola
