8.0The property is really a large bed-sit, but with all the facilities of an apartment. It was clean and comfortable.
− The flat above can be noisy, particularly the stairs. I wasn't too inconvenienced, though.

− Blinds not very private,but in a secluded yard so not really a problem,would have preferred curtains .
The property is great, the cleaners no so great
5.0Great location with a good sized room
− The cleanliness let this property down majorly. Oven, kettle, shower, bins , cutlery all need a good clean. We ended up showing in our family’s caravan instead. Looks like the cleaners hoover up and change the sheets that’s about it. Also cleaner turned up early made me feel uneasy staring at me through the window puffing a cigarette.

− No chip shops near by, first beach front. But thats no fault of the apartment so i would definitely stay again if I was to visit rhyl

3.0The property itself was good, when walked in i was very impressed, it had everything you needed even down to shampoo
− The bed was shocking. It was rock hard and the pillows were sooooo thin I had the worst night sleep and had a full day of driving the day after My 9 year daughter had to sleep on the floor as she couldn’t sleep in the bed Such a shame, really let’s the place down. Would never stay again
