Perfect location overlooking the sea. Apartment is very spacious and modern. We were a family of four and there’s plenty of room. Beautifully decorated and the host Maurizio is very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to return next year.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zum bequemen Bett. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon Terrasse mit Meer Blick. Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett empfangen mit Prosecco, Gebäck und vieles mehr.

− Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt über einer Gastronomie mit Außensitzplätze, die ausschließlich Abends sehr gut besucht war. Hierdurch gab es ein gewissen Lautstärke Pegel, der uns aber nicht viel gestört hat.

We liked absolutely everything! Wonderful host, clean apartment, great location, wonderful big balcony with sea view. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. New building in which this apartment is located. We had a great time! The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an exit to the balcony. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bath. Each bathroom has a toilet and bidet. The hall is combined with the kitchen. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook. There were 4 of us adults and we didn't feel cramped in the apartment. The wonderful host prepared us a bottle of cold proseco, which was very welcome after a long journey. Be sure to visit the cafe with excellent cuisine under the building. Public parking was opposite the house and we did not have any problems with parking. A minute's walk from the apartment is a beautiful beach and many restaurants. There is a washing machine, iron, hair dryer. There is an elevator in the building.

− If you really want to pick on it, the electric stove - we set it to maximum, but it takes 30 minutes to heat up the water for coffee. It's not very convenient to wash in a bathroom with a bathtub without splashing water on the floor - maybe you could install glass or hang a curtain so that the water flows into the bathtub. It wasn't difficult for us, but maybe it's important to someone.

We stayed 2 nights here, before this we had 4 different stays in Italy (Rome, Naples, Salerno, Trani), but this apartment is now the best apartment in wich we stayed ever, everything is new and working, our daughters loved the piano and glued themselves to it, and I was happy there is no TV, the 2 bathrooms were great for a family of 4, but the real gem is the huge terrace with seaview. Everything was spotless clean, and Maurizio (the host) welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some snacks. Kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed every minute of this stay. The restaurants and coffe shops downstairs are also great, the beach is accross the street and takes 3 min to get to the beach, which has both free part and sunbeds for extra cost. Overral if we ever come back to Italy it will be this appartment for sure ! Recomend to everyone, great value for money !!!

Excellent location nearby the sea, and walking distance from the supermarket. The apartment is well equipped for a family of three people. We hope to come back one day!
