No thing good I was come the property I book and payed but the said property fully booked and about 8 pm they give us Defrent property which is I don’t like and I was very upset when they send me Defrent property which is I didn’t book and I wast time in reception first they didn’t find my booking and we wait 2 hours to find another property

Very nice. No pool view but very tasteful design. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had some good networks.

Poor communication from property manager. Property was not represented accurately, subsequently was not suitable. Based on our experience would not recommend.

Nothing from him, extremely bad host. In the wrong business, definitely!

− This host is very unresponsive and has 0 customer service. Ignoring messages, phone calls, and emails. First gave me dirty room with mould in AC, dirty filter in bathroom and worms in shower. Ignoring my calls and messages about the complaints. Had to call from a different number for him to answer. Then, I received a new room, had no plates, had no mugs in the kitchen, and had no washing machine in the bathroom as advertised. Charged full price for accommodation before coming here, so he took the money and just ignored all my requests to make my stay better. I booked this apartment for 30 days! Now imagine living somewhere where you don't even have plates to eat. Had to spend my money to buy myself certain things for the house to be able to live here. On my first night, the agreement was for me to check in at 1am as my flights to the Philippines were late. He never came to meet me, so I had to sleep outside of the building for my first night as he didn't leave any handover how to get the keys and what room number I am. So I was sleeping outside the property like a homeless person after he ignored phone calls from me and security guards! Get in my room only next day, 10-11 am. And now he is still lying to booking.com, saying he provides me with plates and mugs when that's a complete joke! And gave me "executive room" that don't have basic stuff or washing machine. Do not book over him! There is much better option and much cheaper options available in Mesatierra Condominium!
