8.0Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr große Tiefgarage mit eigener Garage wo auch locker ein Toyota proace Verso L2 rein gepasst hat. Zudem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.
− Leider waren viele Gläser mit Rissen. Zudem waren wenige Teller und Messer da.

8.0Ottima assistenza prima dell'arrivo e check-in autonomo molto comodo. L'appartamento è adeguato per 4 persone e ben riscaldato, la cucina ben attrezzata, presenti lavastoviglie e forno, il kit di benvenuto utile e gradito, numerosi gli spazi contenitivi ed il bagno grande, con una lavatrice a disposizione. Mancava il phon ma Matteo ha provveduto a fornircelo. Buona la pulizia in generale. Presenza di un estintore nell'appartamento. Piccolo supermercato coop raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, così come il lago, il panificio e vari ristoranti e bar. Parcheggio comodo di fronte alla struttura. Essendo inverno non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina
− Divano letto scomodo, tv piccolissima in soggiorno, non uscendo molto la sera avrebbe fatto comodo una tv un po' più grande; non funzionante quella vecchissima in camera, a questo punto la risposta ad altro utente che lamentava il malfunzionamento dal 2022, dove si prospettava una risoluzione a breve, appare un po' come una presa in giro. Il frigorifero era stato impostato a 5, mi ha letteralmente congelato la lemon soda ed ho dovuto buttare una busta di insalata perché bruciata dal freddo. La pentola col colino inutilizzabile perché non adatta all'induzione, una delle padelle antiaderente tutta sgraffiata e quindi pericolosa per la salute. Mancano le presine e un adattatore per il phon in bagno. La struttura rilascia la Trentino guest card (poco sfruttabile) anziché la Garda guest card che sarebbe più utile in zona.
