9.0− When we came back from a night event In Akita, the side door was closed whilst we were told that the side door should be always open . We struggled to find out the reason and a way to get in the hotel room. Luckily we managed to get in from one of the workstation from the staff. We know it’s probably not ok but we had no other choice. We rang the bell for almost 25 mins but no response from the desk or hotel hotline…
