− When first walked i was excited not know what to expect but it looked clean and presentable. As I walked around and started looking around and looking in the cabinets and refrigerator. They were not clean. This was a female place and it showed. To be honest I did not feel comfortable and I slepted on the couch the whole time I was there which was just a few days.
I found my new place to stay when I come visit Fresno it’s close to shopping, nightclubs, church , very pleasant and any

A hidden gem in Fresno
10.0Large, very comfortable, close proximity to stores. If I had needed a full kitchen, it would’ve been great to have. Seems like surrounded by a quiet families since this is a residential complex. The owner, although not on site has been very responsive to my many messages about my delayed arrival, etc.. My welltraveled sister-in-law came in with me and she was even impressed

6.0The location was great! Parking was good. Easy to find. Lots of things around as far as shopping and food.
− It was not the unit shown in the picture, which was fine except....the mattress on the only bed in the unit was so broken down after one partial nightwear ended up sleeping on the sofa. Whi h to be honest wasn't much better. No we didn't call the property owner to complain. We did almost get another place, but decided to suck it up and stay. Ultimately in the end it was a dry place to sleep and eat. I would recommend this property with just a few updates. The owners were accommodating on our needs as far as late check-in with no problems and everything went smoothly. Although now I understand the discounted price.
