Great location!

Great location and lots of space, full kitchen. Good heater.

Nothing everything was good. Just note there are stairs for top units.

A dream come true stay, with good price and a gracious host, though with terrible thermostat.

6.0

The location, for the price given, was the best possible thing in the world. Only twenty twenty-minute walk from Salt Palace Convention Centre, it is a dream come true I also love how the host, Cody, went out of his way to help me if there was a problem. He is perhaps the most gracious host i've ever had, and i've had a lot of hosts. I recommend this place just because of how gracious Cody is.

The thermostat, the goddamn thermostat. It is a Honeywell Home thermostat and, from reading comments about him online, I am not the only one who hates him with a passion. This thermostat belongs in the garbage He makes it impossible to change the room temperature. Every time I tried, the screen would show numbers go up, but then change to a different screen where the numbers still look the same. I have no idea why it is like that. The temperature never changed, and I stayed there in the middle of winter, so the room was really cold. Fortunately, Cody went out of his way to help me get a portable heater and I can't thank him enough for that. There was also dust in some places, and the edges of the shower curtains are starting to show hints of long use and, therefore, need to be replaced.

Excellent location with very responsive hosts.

Location was central to the city, tons of street parking, very cute and homey feel to the unit. It's just got a lot of stairs (had a lot to carry up and down).

Lots of stairs!

A cozy home-like apartment stay in a charming scenic downtown SLC neighborhood.

9.0

We liked its homey feel, it’s amenities inside the unit like the iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and kitchen setup. The AC units kept the apartment nice and cool especially since it was pretty warm outside during our stay. We liked how close it was to everything in SLC. Great neighborhood to walk around, walk your dog, go for a morning jog, or grab a coffee at a cute cafe around the block.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like, although there were small cosmetic things in the apartment like the bathroom tub having moldy caulking, and a slight old smell lingered although I assumed it was the building itself as it seemed to be of old construction. But it wasn’t something that bothered us.

I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in SLC in the future.

I loved this place and the quiet neighborhood too. I walked to the convention center everyday and all around town.

Was comfortable just felt like you couldn't really make very much movement in the rental or you were being to loud although no one had said nothing..
