We were not provided stay, even though we booked and paid via booking.com. May this accommodation be removed from bookin

− Everything- Booking.com account was registered with the previous owner and the booking went through the previous owner’s account who is apparently deceased according to the explanation provided to us by the new owner. We therefore couldn’t be provided a place to stay, even though we had booked and paid via booking.com.
