Great, comfortable and VERY clean apartment, but lacks for cooking meals.
8.0Loved the old building, the furniture was amazing, bed comfortable, great streaming options on the tv. Good selection of spices for cooking.
− Not good for someone who would like to cook. Frying pans were warped and NO plastic wrap or foil to wrap food in. Plastic baggies would have been nice as well. No cooking oil, just spray. Not sure if the gas grill outside was for our use, would have been nice to have specific instructions for its use.

8.0Spacious apartment in a quiet location. Well equipped kitchen, coffee express, electric kettle, all utensils, cosy dining nook.
− The windows in the kitchen could not be opened, although there were many, making it impossible to air out the place.
A great location for a fun stay in Leadville
9.0Papa'a Place was a wonderful stay in Leadville. It was centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The historical building it was located in was beautiful. Also, we accidentally locked ourselves out and our host had us back in again within 10 minutes--great customer service. We would stay here again.
− The pillows could use an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable.
Good to know
Per Old Saint Vincent HOA Rules:
-Old St. Vincent's is a Smoke-Free building - including all unit balconies and all stairways/entryways.
-Parking is available for only two vehicles per unit. Additional vehicles must park on the street.
-No RVs, boats, or trailer campers may be parked in the parking lot.
-Heads Up: This is a historic building with poor insulation and very old windows. This unit will, unfortunately, get cold in the winter. We have space heaters in the closets, extra blankets, and electric baseboard and wall mounted heaters throughout the unit, but please note that on cold winter days the unit will get cold. Please be prepared!
