10.0The apartment was so clean, and it’s also located close to the beach so that’s such a huge bonus. And the locals around are super friendly, as well as the building manager Martin was super helpful throughout our stay. The property manager kept an open line of communication throughout our stay as well; readily available when we needed him.

− We had to drive a further 1.4Km to collect the keys.Got into the apartment and was welcomed by cockroaches😩.Couches are old and uncomfortable,kitchen utensils are old and short,plates unmatched,pots are old.No extra linen or bedding or blankets was given.No toilet paper fill up was given.Main bedroom bathroom not en-suite as stated,its very small and uncomfortable,shower very old and needs an upgrade.No sea view at all from the apartment.We had no communication from the owner regarding our stay or cgeck-in.I had to message him after our car got clamped 2nights before we checked out because we were unaware that we had to pay parking daily.No cleaning services offered even though i was willing to play extra for it.Clearly this is a abandoned apartment with little to no maintenance being done there.
