10.0It was comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful, very near a pebble beach. Access to the house was simple. Nice garden. Chichester was close.

Good option for a weekend crash pad
7.0Fantastic location, easy reach of The Witterings for beaches. Lovely back garden (except the dog poo!). A good option for a crash pad for our long weekend, reasonably priced compared to other options. We knew we'd be out most the day so didn't need much more than a basic option in a good location.
− Lacked a little "homeliness" compared to other places I've rented in the area - not a problem for us, it was just a crash pad for a beach weekend and we know the area well. A few more plates/bowls in kitchen would be handy, we had to wash the six plates and single chopping board up after every meal. Lots of random kitchen items such as baking stuff, but no cheese grater, pizza slicer, pegs for washing line, or airer that we could find. For guest info - the bunk room has no furniture except the bed! Unfortunately had to pick up three dog poos from garden lawn... and the bedroom window safety catches meant the house was hot during the heatwave because they only open a few inches.
