loved the house, clean, comfortable, pool and tub was spot on.
9.0The property was very clean and had great amenities, pool inside a lanai, clawfoot tub, spacious bedrooms and a quaint backyard.
− The side wood gate was broke and had an opening so I had to watch the dogs so they didn't get out of the fenced in backyard.

10.0If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Naples, close to beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, and at an amazing price, this is it! The owners were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours enjoying it. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. We can't wait to come back!

10.0The house was very comfortable, the location was magnificent, and everything was very clean. The pool was large and spotless; we loved everything about the property.
− I would only recommend replacing the grill, as it is a bit small and worn out, but everything else was exceptional.

3.0Location was ok.
− Disappointing Stay – Pool Completely Unusable I booked this property for a 3‑night stay and paid nearly £600, mainly because it advertised a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was completely unusable for the entire stay. It was full of bugs and flies, and despite reporting the issue to the host immediately, no one came to clean it until the morning of my last day. By then, it was too late to use it at all. The host kept saying the pool technician was “delayed”, but the issue wasn’t resolved during the time I was actually staying there. This was really disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons I chose this property. For the price paid, I expected the facilities to be properly maintained and as advertised. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t book here again unless the owners improve their maintenance and responsiveness. The house also was not the cleanest and there were dog hairs all around the lounge/seating area. Overall I think this property needs a revamp!

10.0The location, the comfort, the cleanliness… it was a beautiful house and the person in charge was very nice and will answer any message at any time! I wil most definitely stay here again!
− Everything was great!! Just the kitchen sink had a leak and will wet the kitchen floor big time…. But other than that I have no complaints!
