6.0Absolute Toplage, netter Balkon mit Sicht auf Bucht von Alcanada und den auf einer Insel gelegenen Leuchtturm (Faro). Sehr ruhig gelegen. Für Golfspieler - nur ca. 500 m bis zum Golfplatz Alcanada. Gute Bett-Matratzen. Geräumige Küche
− Haus und Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Vor Einzug offensichtlich keine Reinigung erfolgt, Böden, Schrankfächer, Küchenablagen und -schubladen schmutzig, Kaminofen außen und innen verdreckt! Nur Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage beheizbar, 2 mobile Kleinradiatoren und 1 Heizlüfter zur Beheizung der Bäder und Schlafräume dürftig. Mehrfach überlastetes Stromnetz mit komplettem Breakdown - Notdienst funktioniert. Balkontüren nicht abschliessbar und in kalten Nächten undicht.
