It was a wonderful stay. Although we only met Rene briefly, we truly felt welcome from the very first moment. What impressed us most was her kindness and flexibility in allowing us a significantly earlier check-in, which made our arrival so much easier and more comfortable. Her hospitality could be felt in every detail. The thoughtful gifts were a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special. The homemade raki was excellent, and the little ladybug stone was such a charming souvenir that we will happily keep as a memory of Crete. Rene is a host who truly represents the famous Cretan tradition of hospitality that we had heard so much about. She made us feel at home and helped make our visit to Crete even more memorable. Highly recommended – a perfect example of genuine Cretan warmth and hospitality. 10/10. :::

Nice stay for a week near Matala

Location close to Agia Triada villa and Phaistos archeological site. Very clean and spacious studio apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice attentions: water in the fridge, rose bouquet, raki, biscuits, local guide book. Queen bed and blanket. Good shower and washing machine. Little outdoor area.

− Lumpy pillows. Non cotton sheets. Clinging shower curtain. Lots of eager messages (Welcome tomorrow! - What’s your passport nb? - Complicated route explanations - When are you arriving? - But what time exactly? - What time are you checking out (before even arriving) - Do you need anything else?)

I cannot recommend this place enough! If I could give it 100 stars, I would. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the studio was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every utensil ready, a great variety of coffee was provided, and having a high-quality washing machine was such a huge plus for our trip. More than anything, the host’s hospitality was truly touching. We were welcomed with delicious food, and the parting gifts—handcrafted olive oil and Raki—made our stay unforgettable. It made our Greek journey so much warmer and more beautiful. Don't hesitate for a second—just book it. This was hands down the best stay ever! Thank you so much again!
