9.0Amazing views of Lake Michigan. Proximity to beach and pool. Cannot give a 5/5 because of a few nagging issues that should be very easy for the management company to fix.
− Spiders everywhere outside the apartment and some inside the apartment. Broken faucet in bathroom. Mold in shower stall. Only 4 forks total, otherwise we’ll appointed.
