3.0Die Einrichtung war zum Teil sehr modern, aber leider nicht zweckmäßig
− Badezimmer ist direkt im Wohn und Schlafbereich ohne Abtrennung, lediglich ein Stoffvorhang Dadurch starke Geräusch( Toilettenspülung nachts) und Geruchsbelästigung Haus hatte an 5 Stellen undichte Mauern, so dass bei Regen sehr viel Wasser in den Raum kam Es wurden dadurch Sachen nass und es bestand Rutschgefahr ( gefährlich) Vermieterin sagte es regnet ja nicht so oft in Lanzarote ( frech ) Abreise morgens um 9:00, das ist zu früh für den letzten Urlaubstag

7.0Décoration soignée , belle luminosité, tout est neuf dans l'appartement, l'emplacement et le calme nous convenaient parfaitement. Les goodies d'accueil sont à signaler ( vin, gateau, fruits..) pour le geste et le nombre ! Merci
− Une plaque et quelques matériels pour cuisson auraient été bienvenus. Mais surtout, les toilettes sont séparées de la chambre, du lit quai est à 2 mètres par un simple rideau. Ce n'est pas possible. Impossible de prendre une douche sans mettre de l'eau sur les wc et donc nettoyage systématique. Il faut absolument modifier ces 2 points.

8.0Neue moderne Unterkunft, bestehend aus einem großen Raum welcher durch halbhohe Mauern und Vorhängen bei der Dusche und Toilette getrennt ist. Sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Von hier aus kann man die meisten Attraktionen der Insel mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Sehr gefallen hat uns ein Willkommen Geschenk (Wein, Käse, Schinken, Bananen und 2 süße Riegel). Schüssel Empfang und Abgabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten. Kontakt war nur über WhatsApp vorhanden.
− Internet war einigermaßen stabil. Leider war das Zimmer/ Bettwäsche etwas feucht, was auch an der Nebellage/ Jahreszeit und Gegend liegen kann?

Assolutamente consigliato per posizione e rapporto qualitá/prezzo
9.0Ottima la posizione dell´appartamento per poter raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell´isola.
− Bagno senza porta (ma con la tendina), anche se a Lanzarote son tutti cosí!
