Place is not handicap accessible, and the bedroom A/C was not working.

At the time of booking, the property description did not say that the unit was on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase. If I had known this, I would not have booked as we had a 95-year old in our group and stairs were very difficult. The next problem was the A/C. It was a very hot and humid day. Only two of the 3 bedrooms had window A/C units, and only one was working, so I put my elderly father in that bedroom. The other unit, which appeared to be newly installed, had its electrical cord fastened to the baseboard, and ran along the wall and ended in the corner where there was no outlet to plug into. I texted the property owner and they immediately responded. We went back and forth with texts, and they kept telling me to look for outlet behind the bed, and then an extension cord. There was an outlet behind the bed, but it was about 5-6 feet away from the A/C cord. I found an extension cord in one of the drawers, but it was only about a foot long, so it wouldn't reach. I told this to the owner, who later dropped off a longer extension cord at the front door, however, it was a two-prong cord, and the A/C was a 3-prong, so this cord was useless too. It felt like 100 degrees in the room, and needless to say we got no sleep. Not good as we faced an early morning and 4-hour drive home. For approx $600/night, you'd expect some basic comfort like A/C, especially since it was advertised.
