3.0Location
− While the location in Girona might be nice, the management and condition of this apartment were incredibly disappointing. First, the apartment itself feels outdated. The furniture is old, and the faucets have very uneven water pressure, which makes showering frustrating. However, the main issue was the complete lack of basic customer service and care for guest comfort. One of the double beds had broken and missing wooden slats, causing the mattress to sit diagonally. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. When we politely contacted management, their response was that they "don't have a maintenance team available during the weekend" and that it couldn't be checked until Monday. Leaving a guest to sleep on a broken bed for their entire weekend stay is completely unacceptable. On top of this, their hosting policies feel incredibly cheap. When we asked for a few more rolls of toilet paper and a couple of dishwasher tablets, we were told these are just "courtesy items provided at the beginning of the stay" and that we must buy our own. Want fresh towels? They charge an extra €5 per person for that. I have attached screenshots of our correspondence regarding the apartment issues so you can see their responses for yourself. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with a host who actually cares about basic hospitality, look elsewhere. We definitely will not be returning.
