10.0Everything was perfect, very big apartment, quiet neighborhood, parking space just in front of the building, everything you need for a short or longer stay.
− Maybe a bigger moka pot would be nice, since the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

8.0Very close to the sea with some nice restaurants and bars. Beautiful sunsets!! Also a very good bus connection into town centre. Air con in the main living room and in one of the bedrooms - very spacious flat. Hosts are very responsive and helpful
− Overall it was clean but someone was in a rush ;) it could do with another aircon in the 2.bedroom as it was really hot, even the floor (guessing hot water pipes are running underneath it??)

− Un peu éloigné des points stratégiques à visiter en toscane et des belles plages Les poubelles « ordures ménagères »difficile pour évacuer le samedi étant donné que le ramassage se fait en milieu de semaine !

− Some maintenance issues with door handles ,bathroom sink plug not working, dish washer needs maintenance and not enough dish washer tablets for a week. As 2 couples would have expected two sets of keys rather than one set ( second set was supplied on request) No welcome pack ie. Coffee, tea, milk, bottle of wine etc as arrived after shops had closed no chance of buying anything Odd jumble of drinking glasses No local information pack ie shops, restaurants, local map
