The property and location fine

− At the condo numerous issues. -carpet filthy, if was a hotel room I would’ve asked for a new room -dining table overhead light didn’t work -no kitchen did towels -no trash liners other than one in can -the mounted shower shampoo, conditioner & body gel ALL empty both both rooms -the drape wand fell out a first touch and the other missing -bathroom light bad, so dim need more lights around mirror -not a full length mirror in the place -horrible uncomfortable couch -one light only under stove hood other burned out

La ubicación.

− Lo principal, el precio encubierto. Para poder usar la playa, el gimnasio, la pileta y aménitis en general, debes pagar U$S 40 diarios, además de los U$S 35 por día de parking. Debes esperar al menos 15 minutos que el valet parking baje tu auto del garage porque no tienes acceso directo. Debes usar una pulsera horrible color verde con un chip, que es la llave para acceder a cualquier lugar del edificio, que no puedes sacarte ni para ir a la esquina, bajo pena de pagar una multa. Además debes portar una tarjeta en todo momento para acreditar tu permanencia en el edificio, bajo pena de multa si la extravías. Un incordio la serie de normas internas que debes acatar.

La ubicación es excepcional y realmente hace a la diferencia. El departamento es cómodo y la vista excelente.

− Dan 2 sillas de playas por apartamento, le pedimos al anfitrión el favor si nos podía proveer algunas más y no tuvimos respuesta, así que compramos y quedaron para el próximo huésped. El anfitrión podría ser más empatico con los pedidos.

Beautiful views and pool, close to everything and despite the charge, valet is nice. Photos are accurate. We ended up on 30th floor which was crazy to me. Laundry in unit and trash chute on each floor is great. Balcony is huge.

− So many little things they will charge you for. $40/day resort fee and $35/day valet are required upon check in with deposits…which isn’t listed in the description. They strap your key card to your wrist with a plastic piece that doesn’t allow it to be adjusted, so if it’s too tight and you cut it off or whatever, $20. If you walk anywhere on the property without the wrist keycard, $100. If you lose a card for pool and beach towels, $40. If you lose one of said towels (that’s aren’t that nice btw) $50. You must wear clothes over your swimsuit when coming back from the beach or $100. Literally everything you are threatened with charges. The COPA America game was this weekend so it was packed, so I’m assuming all the extra people around is the reason…or I’m hoping so…but the beach is FULL of trash. Every step is cigarette butts, cigars, bags, bottles, old food, everything. Absolutely disgusting.
