A lovely homestay
7.0Nice new build house, location excellent transport link close by
− Lack of response to request to drop case early, this along with extremely late notification of key code caused uncertainty whilst travelling. No response or acknowledgement to my report tear in sofa when we arrived, however I did get a response to lack of cutlery which it was explained was in a hidden drawer. Perhaps it might be useful to have a welcome guide explaining local services, how to operate TV(which we couldn't connect to any channel) wi fi code. I realise this may be a new venture and this might help future guests.
Nice stay but a few very minor frustrations.
8.0Modern new build property. Good modern facilities, two bathrooms and three double rooms. Looks like one of a row of identical nice looking modern rental properties.
− Needs a few hours of minor quick repairs, taps and toilet seats loose. No normal tv and limited web tv access. No fans in the heat. Not sure current window blinds alone work especially with windows open at night as blinds are too noisy flapping around.

10.0Really comfortable, modern large house with nice 'extras' - eg, snacks on arrival, a pepper grinder (with pepper!). Really great communication from the owner - good and timely information provided.
− We couldn't find instruction manuals for the hob (but got there eventually) or the heating, so the house was a bit hot for us (but better than being too cold, good that it is left on for you!).
