Beautiful location

Great to have team on the island to help/support. Very comfy beds. Lovely shower. Loved the isolated/peaceful area. Lots of essentials already there which is much appreciated. Great WiFi

A bit tired and several things not working. A bit of TLC required. Not enough bowels/glasses for everyone. Bikes broken. No SUPs. Mice in kitchen were a problem. Info book a little out of date. Arranging transport off the island isn’t straightforward.

A beautiful place for a short stay 3-4 nights

The view, peace and quiet. The snorkeling is amazing. The breeze we got was great, beds are comfy, the hosts/managers are very helpful. We thoroughly loved our stay and if it were not for the difficulty of getting there make it more of a frequent get away. The things we didn't like are just some information for the owners to try to plan for some minor and one major change.

Logistics of getting there, the taxi to pick us up to go the wharf came very late, which made us miss the truck to the accommodation (not a super long wait, and we live in Vanuatu so are used to island time). Then on our check out date the truck came about 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Didn't matter for us, but if we were tourists needing to catch a flight...... In the booking the taxi boat prices and the taxi prices should be included or made known before booking, otherwise you make a decision based on costs and then finding out an extra cost on top can push the price per night over a previous option. With a Lovely breeze comes the issue of doors slamming. The doors need hold backs. The bathroom doors need clips to be able to be held shut when using the bathroom or the wind just blows them open. Yes I know things can be placed in front or behind doors but on holidays you want these small conveniences. During our stay the water ran out in the well. There is a second well as back up, that too was practically empty. I would suggest for the owner of the property to look into their water option regarding catchment and storage. We are very conservative on water use as we use tank water on our home as our main source too. The capacity to hold water is sufficient, but there really needs to be a bore or extra catchment. More than happy to be contacted by the owner to talk more in depth.
