9.0La struttura è bellissima! Mi è piaciuto un pò tutto, soprattutto la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia delle camere e l'atmosfera da relax che si respirava.
− Unico appunto: la spa, visto il tipo di struttura mi sarei aspettato il top come per il resto... invece da migliorare la pulizia della vasca.

The property is a true oasis, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens that create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The pool is stunning,immaculately kept, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Every corner of the hotel reflects great care and attention to detail. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality. Valentina and Francesca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism are a real credit to the hotel. If you’re looking for a place that combines beautiful surroundings with heartfelt hospitality, Pietra d’Acqua is a gem. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
