3.0− Abbiamo soggiornato per tutto il soggiorno con una puzza di frittura stomachevole e insopportabile . Alla richiesta di un risarcimento il proprietario ha fatto orecchie da mercante .

− The owner's attitude was very unpleasant. Here are two main examples: We were supposed to arrive at 3 AM and immediately after booking we asked if that is okay, We were told that there would be no issue. However, at the last minute, a few hours before check-in, we were informed of an additional charge for check-in late a not reasonable amount. We reluctantly agreed, but the owner had difficulty providing payment options and wouldn't allow us to pay in cash later (and we rented the apartment for a week). As a result, we were forced to stay outside in the freezing cold. Additionally, the owner kept bothering us about the checkout process to much during our stay .

− We were not told that the property was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working..also the heating was off so it was freezing cold.
