The proprietor sent us a personalized video to make getting in after hours very easy AND he was there to meet us and show us around! A very high standard of customer care! There was a lovely local pub directly across the street as well! And a perfect little coffee shop in the building next door for coffee in the morning! Right in the heart of Ballyhaunis so you can walk easily to most of the attractions.
− Ah the shower head had a slight issue but the manager seems like he’s on top of things so I know it will be fixed before we are back.
