5.0It’s very modern, well equipped and lovely view of sea and location near shop, surf club and a couple of ok restaurants
− That we were not informed next door was a multi level construction site which overlooked the ‘now not’ private outdoor entertaining relaxing area and pool. Not to mention the noise from pre 7am and dirt. Also it is over 4 floors with a lift that doesn’t work - the blurb should say unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues
Nice house but difficult without a lift
8.0Great location, very spacious with lovely views
− The house has 4 levels, with 51 steps - more in the main bedroom and between the garage and the house. The lift doesn’t work. There is a large building site next door and the workmen start at 6.30am 6 days a week. There is very little parking on the street. The pool was dirty when we arrived and was cleaned 5 days later when the workman entered the house without warning.
