10.0Very beautiful view from the balcony. Located overlooking the sea.
Eine schöne Woche, sehr erholsam. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause.
10.0Wir haben eine Woche im Juni in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Sie war super ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchte. Zudem verfügte sie über einen grossen Balkon mit grosszügiger Sitzecke, von wo aus man aufs Meer schauen konnte. Nach ein paar Schritten über den Rasen gelangte man zum Strand. Ein Kiesstrand am traumhaft klaren Meer. Das Meer ist meist sehr ruhig wie ein See. Badeschuhe sind wegen der Steine von Vorteil. Im Dorf und am Meer hat es in kurzer Gehdistanz Supermärkte und schöne Tavernen. Alles ist griechisch authentisch, nicht zu viele Touristen. Der Gastgeber war sehr sympathisch und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung, wenn man Fragen gehabt hätte. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
Appartamento fronte mare
10.0Tutto perfetto, appartamento bellissimo, attrezzato, funzionale, pulito, terrazza spettacolare, fronte mare, vicino a tutti i servizi necessari. La spiaggetta antistante è fornita di ombrellone e sedie. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Nikiana è un paese molto tranquillo e non caotico. Consigliatissimo.

10.0We travelled with 2 kids (8 and 6), and everything was easy access, beach is in the back garden..) In the hot weather thats what you need, Shops, cafe's in 5 minutes distance in the neighbour. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment is extremely clean , and its equipped what you need during the day. I liked that the kitchen has the basic staff, washing detergent, paper towels, water in the fridge!!! you dont need to carry anything just your bathing suits and two T-shirts. With that age of kids I recommend that side of Lefkada, because of the higher waves on the other side.
Extraordinary view and location!
10.0The location and the view are extraordinary! In front of the apartment is a private and quiet beach, a beautiful garden with a great sea view, supermarkets nearby, another public beach with boats to rent, and a VIP beach at 150m. But best of all, the apartment is decorated and equipped in a good Greek style and where you are there, you don't know what you prefer, a luxury hotel apartment, or this one. For us, it was easy ;)
