8.0Its a comfortable, colourful and vibrant flat. Easy access to everything in wonderful Knaresborough
− The noise from the busy main road when it night time. I had the front bedroom (great bedroom and very comfy) and even with the window shut it was loud, deliveries to shops at 1am and the road still reasonably busy with traffic until about 2am and then it all started again early hours. I think a warning is needed for anyone who is a light sleeper that this can be noisy. A mirror and small light would be good in the twin room and also in the loft.

− Could have been segregation of waste - i.e. separate containers/bags for recycling Drainage issue in main bathroom shower Not much parking nearby
Unless you enjoy sitting in the cold, find an alternative place to stay.
2.0− We arrived with 2 young children at 7.30 pm after a long drive to find the flat extremely cold (13 degrees) and the heating switched off. The online instructions provided were laughingly inadequate - pressing the ‘+’ button had no effect with the heating off and there were no instructions on how to turn it on. We found more buttons inside the thermostat unit and by randomly pressing these managed to get the heating on. By 10.30 that evening the temperature had crawled to 17 degrees. It was still 17 deg next morning. The flat had warmed up by the time we returned to it late that afternoon but it should have been at a habitable temperature for our arrival.

9.0Lovely apartment, Fresh, Large, Modern and comfortable, clean, nice touches. Fab location. There was tea coffee and sugar in the kitchen so that was a nice
− Couldn't find a hair dryer, most places have them now. There was an ironing board but couldn't find an iron. But everything else was great
