Struttura nuova , fornita di tutto .ottima posizione

− Adatto più per due persone che per 3 o 4 come descritto, il divano letto è più un divano che un letto . L’aria condizionata , che non funziona molto bene , è solo in camera da letto e questo nei periodi più caldi dell’anno è un grosso limite. Consiglio di posizionare uno split anche in soggiorno. Servizi idraulici e rubinetteria da migliorare decisamente

Апартаменты находятся в центре и в очень тихом месте. Поекрасный вид на горы.Легко найти и добраться. Рядом пляж, магазины и рестораны. Нас встретили приветливые хозяева. Есть паркинг. В доме все очень чисто, большие просторные светлые комнаты, приятный запах. Есть все что нужно для отдыха и жизни. Мягкая удобная кровать и качественное постельное бельё. Есть сушилка для белья, большое зеркало. Рекомендую для тихого и комфортного отдыха. Обязательно вернусь ещё раз.

Comfortable stay in Epidaurus

A lovely newly reno’d apartment underneath the owner’s home. Very clean and comfortable, spacious, comfy bed with a good sized bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Plus very good amenities in the kitchen. The property is a 2 minute walk from the pretty harbour with lots of bars and restaurants, so very convenient, and only a 20 min drive from the Epidaurus archaeological site.

− It seems it is still to be finished so there are still open pipes throughout the property awaiting further amenities (bedside lights in bedroom, towel rail in bathroom, maybe a washing machine?) Be aware there is only AC in the bedroom currently, not in the main living area at this stage, so it did get quite hot. Assuming these things will come in time? It didn’t detract from our stay however.

The owner and his family went out of their way to help. The apartment is only 350m from the harbour and restaurants and a choice of swimming beaches.

− The building is newly built and the garden has yet to be planted Reading lights in the bedroom not yet fitted.

Spacious, newly built, modern and stylish equipment. Only 100m from the center in the middle of a land property. Offering a relaxing and quiet environment.
