Soggiorno piacevole a Porto Sant'Elpidio
9.0Ambiente moderno, ben arredato e buona suddivisione delle stanze e degli spazi. L'appartamento è molto pulito, zona giorno e zona notte entrambi serviti con aria condizionata; in salotto è anche presente un televisore. L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, si parcheggia l'auto lungo la strada e non all'interno di cortili o aree private. La posizione è strategica sia per raggiungere il centro città comodamente a piedi in 3-4 min, sia per andare a spiaggia servendosi del sottopassaggio presso la stazione ferroviaria (8-9 minuti). Molti i treni che si fermano in stazione e che possono dunque rappresentare una valida alternativa all'auto per raggiungere la città. Nella zona intorno all'appartamento sono anche presenti svariati minimarket e supermercati, farmacie e parafarmacie, ristoranti e bar.
− Migliorerei leggermente l'esperienza del check-in. Non tutte le info utili sono state date in modo metodico e completo al momento del nostro arrivo: propongo di lasciare un regolamento scritto in formato cartaceo per gli ospiti (es. collegamento e password Wi-Fi, regolamento per corretta separazione rifiuti, eventuali altre regole della casa). Inoltre, tra gli elettrodomestici, non è presente il forno a microonde che per me sarebbe decisamente più utile che la macchina del caffè.
