Unclean and disappointing stay despite the helpfulness of the co-host.
3.0The co-host was polite, responsive, and available throughout our stay. She apologized sincerely and brought a bottle of wine as a gesture. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, which could be relaxing under better conditions.
− The house was not cleaned before arrival, dirty sheets, toilet, dishes, and surfaces. We had to wait for the co-host to clean after check-in, which disrupted our stay. The cleaner later admitted she had outsourced the work. The owner didn’t take any responsibility. Broken window shutters raised safety concerns. This was not the level of hygiene or professionalism we expected.

8.0Quaint stone cottage in a lovely quiet location only a short walk to the centre of the village. I would recommend it & would be happy to stay here again.
− A thicker blind on the bedroom window is needed to block out the light when trying to sleep.

− The lock on one of the doors was broken so we had to leave the house unlocked.
