5.0La posizione e la tranquillità
− Ingresso comune con altre abitazioni molto sporco. Appartamento sprovvisto di sapone, poca carta igienica, macchina da caffè senza nemmeno una cialda e assenza di negozi intorno
Mehr versprochen als gehalten
4.0Die Lage war aussschlaggebend bei der Suche, weil wir ein Familienmitglied besucht haben. Die Wohnung befindet sich am ersten Stock und auf den begrünten Innenhof ausgerichtet. Dementsprechend gab es kein Strassenlärm. Aber damit war das Positive ausgeschöpft.
− Nur Info zum Schlüsselsafe erhalten - dazu aber keine weiteren Infos wie zB in welchem Stock sich die Wohnung befindet etc - das musste man eigenständig rausfinden. Haare in Dusche und Bett! Flecken auf Bettlaken... Überall auf dem Boden und auf so gut wie allen Oberflächen lagen Staub, Fusseln und vereinzelt Haare. In der ganzen Dusche Ablagerungen, nicht nur Kalk sondern auch anderer Dreck. Duschtür schließt nicht ab, Wasser kommt also beim Duschen auf den Boden. Badezimmertür muss abgesperrt werden damit sie geschlossen bleibt. Wohnungstür ist wie eine Zimmertür mit Glaseinsatz, klappert, wenn die Nachbarn auf dem Gang sind. Durch die dünne "Wohnungstür" sowie sehr dünne Wände ist das Apartment SEHR hellhörig. Küche: unordentlich und ungepflegt, Kühlschrank stank fürchterlich, Wasserhahn tropft stark, im Wasserkocher extrem viel Kalk (da war Wasser drinnen in welchem zusätzlich Kalk schwamm!) Zigarettenstummel lagen auf dem Balkon. Bett sehr durchgelegen und ist dadurch unbequem. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ohne jeglichen Komfortgedanken eingerichtet, die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr billig und abgenutzt, sichtlich ohne den Willen daran was zu verbessern zB. (Wanduhr funktioniert nicht, Löcher in der Wand etc.)
Man konnte schlafen.
5.0In der Nähe konnte man gut Essen und mit den Öffentlichen überall hinfahren
− Kein Spüllappen, kein Geschirrtuch, zu kaltes Zimmer, Im Eingangsbereich hat es unangenehm gerochen, ständig hat die Tür gepoltert, Dusche zu eng, Duschschiebetüren gingen nicht zu, eine Seite war nicht in der Schiene, kaum Parkmöglichkeiten, die Nachbarn waren sehr oft zu hören auch die Waschmaschine in der Nacht.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert. Ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt.
