10.0This was definitely the warmest stay of our trip. Not only because of the property, but also the incredible hospitality. We really enjoyed chatting with Koko and hanging out with all of her adorable pets. We even had dinner with Koko and it was really enjoyable. The property is comfortable and clean. The gardens are very refreshing and with a nice view. If you’re coming to Chengdu, do yourself a favor and book a stay in Koko’s place.
The homestay was wonderful and Koko is a delightful person.

10.0This is not a hotel, it is something else. If you want a high level of hospitality and want to see the daily life of a sweet and decent chinese family, it is your pick. I felt wonderful, Koko is eager to watch your needs, she is indeed fantstic. There is a balkony to have a rest in the evening. I highly recommend this house.
− My pillow was a bit high to my taste. The street was a bit noisy, at 2am people were shouting and cars were horning, but it is China. The toilet is chinese style, not too comfy, but it is also usual here.
