− Stairs to deck and railing around deck needs attention. Maybe some grab rails in the shower as I am disabled or maybe a shower seat.

10.0Perfect location. Right on water my son loved fishing . Got to see manatees. My son also loved the bikes provided and if weather was better the kayaks.

8.0Everyone was super friendly at the resort and it was an easy check in
− The only thing I was disappointed in was for the money we paid I would've liked to have the air in the tires of the bikes full instead of having to take them to maintenance and told that the double kayak was not usable - we found out the hard way. Shade on the deck would've been nice - for the time of year we chose to go it was super hot and we couldn't sit outside until the sun started to go down. The canal had manatees in it and lots of fish - all in all it was a great trip.

10.0The location and house was amazing! Communication was great! Only suggestion is to update the master bedroom mattress and turn up the heat on the showers water, we like a HOT shower. thank you!
