9.0The location was very convenient to the airport and short drives to Blue Lagoon, Volcanoes, and Reykjavik. There was plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The property is clean. The host was very accomodating with good communication.
− The shower and bathroom was a bit small, but adequate.

6.0A lot of beds for our family. Close to the airport. Nice view of the ocean.
− The space smelled a bit like gasoline, maybe because it was above a garage. The pillows were lumpy. The furniture wasn't super clean/pretty worn. Expensive for what it was...but that seems to be the case in Iceland.
Schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Verbesserungen
8.0Lage ist gut, auch Parkplatz gut. Vulkan erleuchtete nachts den Himmel, da dieser wenige Tage zuvor wieder ausbrach. Lage zur Blauen Lagune und zu Keflavik Airport sehr gut.
− Die Lage ist gut, jedoch ist das Finden gegen 2 Uhr in Nacht schwierig gewesen, da der untere Zugang zur Treppe zum Appartement auf der parallel laufenden Straße der Bucht liegt. Die englische Angabe dazu ist unzureichend gewesen. Anrufen in der Nacht brachte nichts, die Vermieter hoben nicht ab. Dies wäre leicht zu vermeiden entweder durch eine Zeichnung oder schreiben, dass der Eingang von dieser zur See gerichteten Straße aus - und nicht von der Brekkustigur Straße gesucht werden muss. Problematisch auch, dass gesamte Appartement inklusive dem Eingang zur Wohnung erfordert den Aufstieg in das 1. Geschoss. Koffer tragen ist schon etwas schwer. Die Wasserversorgung in der Dusche war gut. Gerade am Waschbecken in der Dusche war der Wasserauslass nicht ok, zu wenig Wasser.

10.0We chose this property for its proximity to KEF. The owners were very responsive. Their instructions were easy to follow. Very comfortable unit with plenty of places to sleep. Beautiful views of the ocean. I highly recommend this place for your travel days to and from Iceland.
