Absolutely abysmal would not recommend

− The room was absolutely filthy and looked like there was someone staying in it. The bed was unmade, dirty towels on the bed and pillow cases on the floor. Old and opened food was just left on the tabletop

− Nothing arranged when I came I had to wait 30mins to prepare for my room.. my booked room was given to someone else when I arrived.

It was so horrible I could bearly sleep and I left as soon as I could. I would never in my life stay here again

I can’t say one thing that I liked unfortunately

− First of all the person incharge of the property was so rude and inconsiderate. When I got to the property I was confused on how to use the security lock so I called the host and i explained that I was struggling to enter the property. The host said that the code is on the email, I told him which emails i received and he said there was an email that was sent afterwards and I told him that I did not receive that email unfortunately, then he told me to refresh and I told him I had done all of that then he started getting agitated when I told him I didn’t have the email. What he done was ask me for my name he confirmed that I was the person who booked the room. then he hung up the phone on me while I was talking, i was explaining that I didn’t get the email and if someone can let me in. I only realised that he ended the phone call after I was done explaining. He was disrespectful and just downright rude. No one should be treated this way especially because i was just kindly asking for a bit of help as his door lock was in Chinese and i was confused on how to enter. The host should have been patient and understanding towards the situation, it really made me angry and upset and disrespected. Then he ended up sending me a massage 5minutes later with the door code. Then I came into the room and there is hair on the floor and there was weird stains on the bedsheet almost like an oil stain or somthing. And the bathroom was not clean, it smelled like poo and it had a really strong urine smell. It was absolutely disgusting. I was not comfortable at all

La bañera la cama muy cómoda y la nevera dentro y tener cocina y el trabajador muy atento

− Hubo una plaguita de bichos en la cama pero inmediatamente cambiaron la cama y limpiaron todo y se solucionó fueron rápidos y efectivo estuvo increíble

Not anything to like as I did not stay due to feeling unsafe and the mess the place.

− Did not stay here due to feeling unsafe and the state of the place, it was a real mess. There was a broken chair outside next to the front door, toilet roll was nearly empty. My room number 2 had a broken mirror, broken bedside table lamp and was not very clean. Did not see any members of staff so cannot comment about this.
