− Mi estancia en La Milla Lofts fue en general aceptable, pero con varios aspectos por mejorar que afectan la experiencia. El lugar no cuenta con opción de pago con tarjeta, lo cual resulta poco práctico hoy en día. Además, existen restricciones en los horarios del agua caliente, y la temperatura de la ducha no es suficiente para el clima frío de Chía, lo que incomoda durante la estadía. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el diseño es bastante básico considerando el valor, y el parqueadero es exterior, lo que puede no ser ideal para todos los huéspedes. También se evidencian detalles de mantenimiento, como elementos ya deteriorados a pesar de que el lugar es relativamente nuevo. Por otro lado, la atención al cliente fue poco destacable. El trato recibido fue neutral y distante, con una actitud poco empática y amable, lo que influye negativamente en la percepción general del servicio. En resumen, aunque el lugar cumple con lo básico, hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar para estar a la altura de su precio.
