− The constant wind howling through the door. Poor quality bed. Paid for a service and had to remove own rubbish and wash dishes,remove linen from bed. Can do all this at home without paying. No face washers,no bathroom mat and no milk. No lights on stairs and dangerous broken stairs rail.

− Fridge was not turned on. So it took a while to become cold. Hot drinks. Although there was a oven there was no oven cookware. No bin liners
substandard.

− The cooking utensils/pans/dishes were very down-market. No dishwasher or clothes dryer. No Wifi. Parking was onsite, but cramped.
