10.0The apartment was clean and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and making meals was easy. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and smelled clean. I loved my stay at Jay's and would highly recommend it.

Very convenient location.
9.0Very convenient secure location. Well maintained. Had all the utensils needed including a toaster, kettle, Microwave, hand mixer and a stick vacuum.. Ideal for a small expatriate Sri Lankan family. Walking distance to Cargill's supermarket and high level road. Had AU/NZ power socket adaptors so that we could use our phone chargers and laptops. Great quiet swimming pool not crowded and can use as your own private pool.
− WiFi connection was slow and intermittent hence the TV was not connecting. We had to get our own mobile hot spot. No hair dryer but wasn't a big issue though. Both rooms had one large bed each ( Sleeps 4 in total) would have been ideal for children if one room had two single beds.
