1.0− Vorsicht Betrug von Ballon BnB oder Gastgeber: Gastgeber hat am Anreisetag storniert wegen angeblichem Wasserschaden und bis heute ist über booking oder vom Gastgeber trotz Email und Telefonkontakt kein Geld zurückgebucht worden bzw. erstattet worden. Vorgangsweise riecht sehr nach Betrug, In unserem Fall sind es £1.559,54 = Euro 1845,51, die leider mehr als drei Monate zuvor im Vertrauen bezahlt worden waren und auch nicht über Kreditkarte zurückholbar waren. Booking verwies auf Gastgeber und Gastgeber scherte sich um keine Rückerstattung!!!!! Caution fraud by Balloon BnB or host: The host canceled on the day of arrival due to alleged water damage, and until today no money has been refunded through Booking or by the host despite emails and phone contact. The procedure smells very much like fraud. In our case, it is £1,559.54 = €1,845.51, which unfortunately had been paid more than three months in advance in trust and could not be recovered via credit card. Booking referred us to the host, and the host did not care about any refund!!!!!
