10.0The Annexe is in the perfect location, set in beautiful countryside with spectacular views, but within short driving distance of local towns, amenities and attractions. Very friendly and welcoming owners, very relaxed about later check out etc. The property has everything you need, very spacious and very comfortable. We would absolutely go back.

9.0Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur und gehört zu einem Bauernhof mit Pferden und Schafen. Große Städte wie Edinburgh, Glasgow und Falkirk sind mit dem Auto in unter einer Stunde zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber Stephen und Lynn sind sehr aufmerksam und konnten uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

9.0The accomidation was perfect for a couple of nights away. The livingroom and beds were very comfortable. We were close to Alloa high street where we had an event.
− We cooked our own dinner and found the oven to be a bit dirty and grimy. Only other comment, would be to have wall mirrors in the bathrooms.
Great location, well equipped and comfortable. Host was excellent and friendly.
