Awful experience.

− On the morning of my trip I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled, which was a shock and caused a lot of stress. I did not instruct the cancellation therefore it must have been the property management company who deals with this location tampering behind the scenes. A few days before my trip they rang me to find out how many people were staying and also asked for my booking pin code, which I now know (after complaining to Booking.com) should not be given to anyone as this is required to make changes to bookings. The property management company said they didn't action the cancellation and moved us to a location near Blackwall which is nowhere near Tower Bridge, and said they did this as a gesture of goodwill as they have no obligation to sort it after late cancellations, which was infuriating as I didn't cancel it. Don't trust this booking, and if you do book it, do not give the property management company the booking pin code, as they may move you at the last minute and claim they have nothing to do with it, if they see an opportunity to relist at a much higher price for last minute bookings. Never again!

The apartment itself was fine. The company is awful and I would strongly advise people to avoid them

− Do not book with this company The company cancelled the booking on the morning of the arrival just as my train was entering london. I rang to query this and they said that I had cancelled the booking, I absolutely had not. They knew this and accepted they would find me another apartment, I wanted the same one for obvious location reasons so that me and my family could make the most of our trip They offered me one which doubled my travel time and cost into the city. I did not want this but was told I had 15 minutes to accept or I would have nowhere to stay. With my partner and two children with me I was in a corner and had to accept. No compensation was offered I've tried to raise this issue with the company but they are now ignoring message's and calls Shocking company, shocking customer service. Do not book with this company you will get messed around

Not that we can say much since we were not able to sleep in the booked apartment. On the same day we were supposed to check-in I received a call in the morning saying there was a problem with the bathroom and they have offered us to stay in an apartment close to the city airport or in Stratford.. closed by!!! As they said. If you know London those locations are nowhere near to the tower bridge. We booked the apartment closed to the city as we only had two days to visit it, so adding transportation time (a lot) was not ideal.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed

− We had trouble getting in and out of the building. The owner of the flat is not allowed to rent out this flat, and the management gave us trouble every time the front desk worker changed, which was every morning and every evening.

− Cannot open the main entrance , as fob was not working and security not very helpful. In beginning i was given one address, and on arrival was given another one, near it.

Die Dachterrasse

− Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war eine Katastrophe!!! Anstatt frischer Bettwäsche ließ man die alte, blutbefleckte Bettwäsche. Und das in fast allen Betten von fünf!!!! Das Besteck war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner waren noch in Betrieb. In einem Schlafzimmer war die Glühbirne kaputt. Wir haben natürlich Fotos gemacht und den Vermieter am Ankunftstag sofort informiert. Am späten Abend kam dann der Rückruf. Bus dahin haben wir mit der getrockneten Bettwäsche aus dem Wäschetrockner die Betten selbst neu überzogen!!! Allerdings hatten wir keine Überzogen für die Decken!!! Am nächsten Tag bot uns der Vermieter an alles zu erledigen und das ohne Aufzahlung!!!! Eine Frechheit für diesen Zustand noch zu sagen: ohne Aufzahlung!!!! Auch der Schlüssel zum Haupteingang hat nicht funktioniert. Gottseidank gab es einen Portier!! Jeder Cent ist und ear zuviel für diese Unterkunft!!
