− I didn't like the fact that our busses get there at 6 am then you only allow us in at 13:00

1.0− My booking was paid in full but there was no reservation for us. We had to pay another amount for accommodation because we were from 1000km from KZN

− They didn't have enough cooking utensils like pots. No drying dish cloths and drying rack for clothes was broken and only half a toilet paper. The fridge was way to small
